Add the taco seasoning. Follow directions on package replacing water with Enchilada Sauce. Add 1/2 cup cheese.
Brush the flour tortillas with the enchilada sauce.
Place corn tortilla on flour tortilla.
Place 1/4 cup of beef mixture on top of corn tortilla. Roll up tortilla and place seam side down in casserole dish.
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over filled and rolled tortillas.
Top tortillas with cheese.
Heat in oven until cheese melts.
Serve with sour cream and fresh Cilantro.
