2. Over medium high heat, cook beef and onion until beef is cooked.
3. Prepare enchilada sauce.
4. Pour 1/4 cup in bottom of a 9X13 baking dish.
5. Fill enchiladas with beef mixture and cheese, roll up and then place in baking dish.
6. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese.
7. Bake for 20 minutes.
