Suggest a better descriptionSlice the beef very thinly adding the cornflour, oyster sauce, soya sauce, sugar and pepper together. Use your hands to squeeze and bind it together. Slice the ginger and garlic. Crush the black beans. Heat the oil and in the wok add the ginger, garlic and black beans. Stir together until you smell the aroma.
