Suggest a better description1. Combine all the above ingredients, except for the roast beef in a small bowl & mix well.
2. Spread this mixture over each slice of roast beef & roll each slice up. Place the beef rolls, seam side down, on a platter & refrigerate for several hours.
3. When ready to serve, slice the rolls into 1/2 inch pieces.
4. You can mix some additional horseradish with a little sour cream to create a dipping sauce.
