Season meat in mix of coarse ground pepper and garlic salt or minced garlic. Quick Method: Roast at 450 degrees and check at 20 minutes Foolproof (slow): Roast at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn off oven and leave closed for 4 hours. Meat not hot but fail safe. Can throw on grill briefly to heat outside a little.
