Cut meat into bite size pieces. Place in crock pot. Cover with water and add salt and pepper as needed. Cook over low 4-6 hours. Mix 1/4 cup water with flour. Add to crockpot and stir. Continue to cook on high until thickened. Serve over potatoes or noodles
