Beef and rice dish
1. In a skillet add grated cauliflower, ground beef and tomatoes.
2. Cook on medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink.
3. Add cili powder and garlic salt to taste.
4. Turn heat to high and cook off liquid (optional).
5. Top w/ avocado and salsa and serve.
