Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the belgian waffle maker. Whip the egg whites until they're nice and mountainous. Put aside. Mix egg yolks with water, milk, and oil. Add all the dry ingredients and mix on high till smooth. Stir in the egg whites. Make sure the waffle maker is prepped to not be sticky and cook the waffles.
I think the water makes these a little more crispy and lighter. But maybe add more milk than water. Make sure the batter isn't too thick or thin. Sometimes I don't bother whipping the egg whites separately.
