Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8" square baking dish with cooking spray. Beat cream cheese, sugar and preserves until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Add cornstarch, vanilla and salt. Blend. Add eggs. Blend. Pour into pan. *Bake 45 min. or until done. Cool to room temp, refrigerate overnight. Use a small scoop to shape cheesecake into balls. Place balls on a lined baking sheet. Melt white candy in microwave per package directions. *Dip each stick into candy, insert into cake balls. Freeze 30 min. Put cornflake crumbs in a bowl. Remove half of the pops from freezer. Dip to coat in candy, dip bottom halves of pops in cornflake crumbs. Place on wax paper. *Melt chocolate in microwave 1 min. Stir until smooth, transfer to a plastic bag. Remove remaining pops from freezer, dip in candy, let dry on wax paper. Snip a corner from bag of chocolate, drizzle chocolate in a spiral pattern on pops. Refrigerate pops until SERVING
