Awesome chocolate chip cookies, they look and taste perfect! Cookie dough balls freeze well too!
Cream together butter, sugars, egg and vanilla until well blended. Combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt in separate bowl. Add half to creamed mixer until coarsely blended. Add in remaining half, blend well. Stir in chocolate chips. Place rounded tablespoon sized dough ball on cookie sheet. Bake 7-10 minutes, do not let tops get too brown. Let sot for 10 minutes and transfer to cookie sheet.
Do not over bake!! Check bottoms of cookies to ensure light brown color!
