Preheat oven to 375. Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Place beef, sausage, 1 cup of spaghetti sauce, bread crumbs, egg, salt and oregano in a large bowl. Add onion and garlic. Mix well. Form half of meat mixture in a loaf pan. Top meat layer with mozzarella slices. Cover with remaining meat mixture. Top with remaining spaghetti sauce. Bake 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
