Found at Bob's Red Mill Recipes
Preheat waffle iron and grease. Mix together dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in another (except water).
Add wet ingredients to dry, cutting in with a fork. Slowly add water to the mixture and stir until reaching desired consistency, thick but pourable. Mix quickly and no more than necessary to combine ingredients. Stir in about 1/3 cup peanut butter, raisins, shredded coconut as desired.
Cook waffles immediately.
