2. In mixing bowl drop egg whites, adding yolks to milk. Beat egg whites.
3. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
4. Add milk and yolk mixture to dry ingredients.
5. Add oil to batter.
6. Gently fold in beaten egg whites.
7. Cook on waffle iron.
8. Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, or jam.
