Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add and mix by and oil, vanilla, eggs, soda and milk. (Dissolve soda in milk before adding.). Add pecans and bananas. Mix well and pour into loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
