Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, lemon, vanilla, and salt. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each. Pour filling onto crust. Bake 325 for 25-30 min. Or until set. Do topping. Sour cream, 2T sugar, 1/2 t vanilla. Spoon our top. Bake 10 minutes more. Cook and chill for several hours. Double for spring form pan.
Double for spring pan. Increase time to 50 min. Topping 1c sc 2T sugar, 1/2t vanilla
