Spray grill rack with non stick spray and preheat grill to medium hig
Place bell pepper and mushrooms on grill rack and grill, turning until peppers are charred on all sides, about 15 minutes and mushrooms are softened, browned and nicely marked, 8-10 minutes. Transfer peppers to glass bowl and cover with plastic. Steam 15 minutes. Peel and seed peppers. Cut peppers and mushrooms in 1/2 " pieces. Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl, toss to coat.
