Suggest a better descriptionStir together dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Make a well in the center and add milk all at once. Stir just until the dough clings together. On a lightly floured surface, knead gently for 10-12 strokes. Roll dough to a 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with a 2 1/2 inch cookie cutter or the top of a glass dipped in flour. Bake on baking sheet at 450 for 10-12 minutes
