southern style buttermilk biscuits... Even yummier when you put sausage gravy over them
Put all ingredients except the buttermilk into the food processor and pulse until it looks like small, consistently sized pebbles. Add buttermilk and pulse until mixed. If 1/2 cup isn't enough add just a little bit more at a time to a good dough consistency. Either roll out and cut or patty them or drop by big spoonsful then bake at 425 F for about 10 mins or until golden brown on top.
