A warm, flaky, buttermilk biscuit made into a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Heat oven to 450F.
Prepare your Bisquick mix by pouring the package into a bowl and adding 1/2 cup of water. Mix with a spoon until soft dough forms.
Lightly grease cookie sheet and drop dough by the spoonful onto the cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
Let biscuits cool for a few moments until you can touch them easily.
Slice biscuits open horizontally.
Spread peanut butter on one side of the biscuit and jelly on the other.
Serve with a glass of cold milk.
