Mix all dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Using a fork, cut in the oil until fully combined.
Makes ~1 cup of homemade Bisquick.
Scales up very easily.
You could also mix all of the dry ingredients together in a container to keep on-hand, and just know that 1T of oil needs to be cut in for every 1C of mix.
