Place beans in small bowl, add sherry and mash lightly
Heat oil in wok or skillet and add beans, garlic and Ginger, cook 45 seconds on med. to high heat.
add broth, bring to a boil, add sugar, soy and oyster sauce, simmer briefly.
Blend cornstarch with water and stir in, cook until thick.
yeild 1 1/2 cups.
