Spicy black bean burgers
1)Place onion and garlic in a food processor and pulse 5-6 times
2)Add beans oats corn cumin and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper and pulse 8 times. Scrape down sides and pulse 5-8 more times.
3)Place in bowl and cover then. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
4)Remove from fridge and stir in breadcrumbs and adjust seasoning as needed.
5)grill or fry burgers in a skillet
