Suggest a better descriptionCombine in bowl; cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt. In second bowl mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat well. Fill muffin cups (lined with cupcake papers) 1/3 full of chocolate batter. Toop with 1 heaping teaspoon cream cheese mixture. Sp;rinkle with sugar and chopped nuts if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes
