Very easy to make—great taste
Cook bacon and cut in 1/2” pieces. In a sauce pan, combine peas, bacon, and rest of ingredients. I also added some chopped onion and green pepper. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally, check liquid, and taste for donenes . Make sure it does not boil dry. Sprinkle with green onions. I also serve them with pickle relish for an extra touch.
