Succulent cajun style salmon

Mix dry ingredients

Brush both sides of salmon with 1/4 cup butter then sprinkle with dry mix. Drizzle 1/4 butter on top.

In a heavy skillet over high heat cook salmon butter side down until blackened, about 2-3 minutes. Turn fillets , drizzle with remaining butter and continue cooking until blackened and flakes esy with a fork.
