Basic Blueberry tart
1. Preheat oven to 400°, with rack in center position.
2. In a large bowl, combine berries, sugar, zest and flour.
3. Roll our pie crust dough so it's large enough to hang over the
tart baking dish by 1-2"
4. Place pie crust in tart baking dish. Add berry mixture.
5. Fold pie crust edges over and pinch together over berry mixture.
6. Bake 25-30 minutes until crust is golden brown and juices in the
berry mixture are bubbling.
