Tasty little bites, fast and easy for when you have unexpected guests.
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Melt butter and add cheese, stirring until smooth.
Cut uncooked biscuits into quarters and place on baking sheet touching together.
Pour cheese mixture over top and bake about 10 minutes or until browned.
I add a small clove of minced garlic to make it different, or I have been known to throw in a pinch of red chili flakes to spice it up a bit.
