This is a great (and very simple) beer bread recipe that oddly enough tastes best when using Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer. For added yum, mix butter and honey and spread on toasted bread.
Slowly mix all ingrediants in a large bowl and place in a greased bread loaf pan. Bake at 350 for one hour. Brush melted butter on the top and let cool. Makes one blond loaf of hearty bread.
