Easy to make Blueberry Beer Bread
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit, and Butter your Bread pan/dish.
Mix 3 cups Self Rising Flour, 1/2 cup Sugar, and 1/2 cup Blueberries in a bowl.
Add 12 Oz. Bottle/Can of Beer, and stir until all ingredients are mixed.
Place in Oven and cook for approximately 40-50 mins.(Times may vary depending on Ovens)
Remove bread from the oven, and butter the top.
Place back in the oven and cook for 3 more minutes.
Perfectly cooked bread will fall out of the dish.
Remove the Blueberries for just plain Beer Bread
Remove the Blueberries and Sugar for even easier Beer Bread
