Great dessert for summer
Drain pineapple in cup and add enough water to measure 1 cup. Boil and pour over jello in a 3 quart casserole until dissolved. Mix pineapple and pie filling and add to jello. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Topping:
Beat sugar, sour cream, and cheese together till fluffy, fold in cool whip and spread on top of jello.
