Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 12 muffin tins.
Mix together egg, milk, and oil. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Batter should be lumpy so don't over mix.
Fold in the blueberries.
Fill prepared muffin tins 2/3 full.
Sprinkle sugar on the tops of each muffin.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
