Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. In small bowl, melt butter in boiling water. Add orange juice, egg, and orange zest to butter and water mix. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and stir by hand until just combined. Fold blueberries into batter and pour into a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake for one hour at 350. While still warm, top with glaze.
Glaze
Gradually add orange juice to confectioners sugar until the glaze is desired consistency.
