How to make boiled peanuts in a pressure cooker
Wash and soak your raw shelled peanuts for at least 4 hours with 2 tsp kosher salt.
Drain and rinse the peanuts.
For every 1 cup of peanuts, use about 2 1/2 cups of water and 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt.
Pressure cook the peanuts for 90 minutes.
