Suggest a better description1-Pon en el vaso la soja, el caldo, el vino y la salsa de soja. Programa 10 min/90 grados/Vel 1. Vierte sobre un colador para que escurra el exceso de líquido.
2-Pon en el vaso la cebolla, la zanahoria, el apio, los champiñones, el pimiento, el ajo, el aceite, el tomate triturado, la sal y la pimienta. Tritura 30 sg/ Vel 5 y sofríe 20 min/Varoma/Velocidad 1 con el cestillo arriba para que evapore y no salpique. Vierte en un bol, incorpora la soja texturizada y mezcla.
