This is a 2 day process.
The Day Before: Place roast in greased slow cooker with 3 cans of broth and 1 can of water. Cook on Low 8-10 hours. Take meat out and shred. Refrigerate both (separately) over night.
The Day Of: Skim fat off the broth. Put all ingredients (except beef) in slow cooker and cook on low 4-6 hours. Add Beef and continue to cook on Low for 2 more hours.
