Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic; saute 2 minutes. Add bell pepper saute 1 min. Add corn, saute until tender about 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup cream and bourbon. Simmer until sauce thickly coats corn, stirring occasionaly, about 2 minutes. Add remaining 1/3 cup creamand 1 cup green onion. Simmer until sauce thickens enough to coat corn thinly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with remaining green onions.
