Suggest a better description1. Strip leaves from kale stems. Chop stems and leaves. Rinse well in a colander,leaving water on leaves.
2. Heat oil in skillet over low heat. Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until golden and aromatic. Remove from pan.
3.reheat oil and add kale and broth. Cover and simmer until kale is tender(3-4 minutes). Add Parmesan and garlic and serve
