Suggest a better descriptionTrim pork. Cut in 2" x 3/4" x 3/4" strips. Brown in oil.
Drain, then brown onion & garlic.
Add remaining ingredients except vinegar. Bring to boil, then simmer 1 hr.
Raise heat to reduce sauce by 1/2. Add vinegar. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
