Preheat oven medium high.
Mix milk powder or powdered coconut milk, Parmesan cheese, cheddar or mozzarella cheese, sour cream and eggs in a container. Stir well.
Grease the muffin cups. You can use silicone muffin cups (they are perfect because they do not need greasing).
Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into each muffin cup.
Bake the loaves for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown. *They will bake very quickly.
