Suggest a better description1. Combine 3C Flor and salt. Sift.
2. Mix .5C flour and 1C water and heat, stirring until thickened. Let cool.
3. Heat .5C water and sugar to 105F and add 2tsp yeast. Prove.
4. Mix yeast mixture with flour roux.
5. Add liquid then flour/salt mixture to bread machine or mixture.
6. Knead.
7. Transfer dough to oiled bowl, cover and proof 30-40 minutes.
8. Knead on floured surface and place in 9x5 bread pan.
9. Bake at 375F for 30-35 minutes until it reached 206F internal temperature.
