pound the chicken, pat dry, & salt and pepper them
dip chicken in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs
heat oil in skillet on med heat
add chicken breast cook for 2 min until brown
turn breast over and cook another 2 min
if like place breasts on baking sheet 6-8 min
