1. Trim crusts from bread, butter and slice into 1 " cubes.
2. Put in 9 X 13 baking dish and sprinkle with cheese
3. Bacon on top
4. Beat eggs and add milk and salt. Pour on top. Refrigerate over night. Bake 35 min.
