Cover the dried apricots and dried cherries in Woodford Reserve Vinaigrette and allow to soak for at least 30 minutes.
To Serve:
Toss greens in a large bowl with Woodford Reserve Vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper. Portion onto plates and place one brie strudel on each plate. With slotted spoon, remove dried fruit from vinaigrette and place on top of strudel.
