Fry bacon in pan until crispy
Transfer bacon to paper lined dish and pour away most of grease
Sauté broccoli in bacon grease until no longer frozen
Transfer broccoli and cut into smaller pieces
Preheat oven to 180C
Whisk eggs, milk, Parmesan and salt together
Grease dish and place broccoli in dish along with half cheddar
Crumble bacon over top and mix together
Pour egg and milk over broccoli, cheese, bacon mix
Top with remaining cheddar
Bake quiche for 50-55 mins until golden brown
