Favourite lunch for the family
Preheat oven to 180'C
Grease a 24-hole mini muffin tray (or you can use a baking tray to make a slice if you have less time for fiddling around).
Chop the broccoli up into small pieces and steam for 5-10 mins.
Chop the ham into small pieces and mix with the steamed broccoli.
Divide the ham and broccoli mix into the muffin tray holes (or spread over baking tray).
Whisk up the eggs, season if desired and carefully pour egg mixture over ham and broccoli, to almost fill each muffin tray hole.
Sprinkle a small amount of cheese over each muffin (about 2-4 strands of grated cheddar each).
Place in oven and bake for 20 mins.
