This is good.
Heat oven to 400 F. Grease 13x9x2 in pan. Steam broccoli. Cook beef in 10” skillet until brown; drain thoroughly. Stir in mushrooms, 1.5 cups cheddar cheese and onion. Mix baking mix, water, and remaining cheese until soft dough forms, beat 20 strokes. Pat dough in dish with floured hands, pressing half inch up sides. Spread beef mixture over dough; sprinkle with broccoli. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over broccoli. Bake until knife inserted near center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Serves 10
In place of bisquick baking mix try: 2 cup flour, 2 tsp baking powder and .5 tsp salt
