Steam the broccoli. Use beaters to mix the can of Campbell's cream of mushroom and milk until think consistency. Pour the cream of mushroom mixture over the broccoli in a backing dish. Sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the casserole.
To make the crumble use one stick of softened salted butter and one cup of flour salt and pepper and mix n a mixing bowl. Once mixed to a crumble consistency place on top of the shredded cheese. Bake at 350 until crumble is golden brown and the side of the dish are brown and bubbling.
