Suggest a better descriptionIn saucepan mix margarine, potato starch, &water. Stir until thick. Take off heat. Add mayo and onion soup mix. I used a can of French onion soup and used the liquid instead of the 1/2 cup water. Then, added about 1/2 packet of dry onion soup mix. It was very good. Add eggs and broccoli. Mix. Place in greased 13 X 9 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
