A Campbell's soup shortcut sauce
Cook your favorite pasta (about 10-12 ounces worth) in a large pot of salted water. Add broccoli for last 4 minutes of cooking. Drain.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces, trimming any fat. In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and saute until browned. Add milk, soup, and mushrooms and stir all together. Add pasta/broccoli combination and heat through. Serve hot, adding parmesan cheese to taste.
