Suggest a better descriptionPlump the raisins in boiling water. Combine broccoli, onion, and bacon in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl combine vinegar, mayonnaise, and sugar. Pour over broccoli mixture. Add raisins and pecans and stir well. Let cool in refrigerator for an hour prior to serving.
